Quarterly invoices will be sent out 30 days prior to the end of the quarter.

Payment must be received prior the end of the quarter or service will be discontinued.

We realize you may be thinking what if I go on vacation, move, stop my service or my dog passes away and I have already prepaid.

 Refunds/credits will be issued upon your phone call.

Please be sure to call us with any changes i.e. (additional dogs etc.)
